Hi Martin, Thank you for the references, we know them very well. In a few months we'll present a new documentary made with BBC on the same series of Planet Earth. I'll let you know. If you want some informations about our twenty years of explorations in the area maybe you have never seen that ones:

Just yesterday the Journal of Geomorphology accepted an our paper that is a critical comment to the "pillar flow" theory of Aubrecht. You will see it soon.
